Q1 100% new business through referrals is quite an achievement – what is your secret?
I think the answer is quite simple really. I am totally focussed on delivering excellence to my clients. So not simply enabling them to achieve excellence in their leadership of their organisation, team or themselves, but also ensuring that they receive an excellent experience when dealing with us as a company. I put the client first always and ensure that I deliver above their expectations. It also helps that I love what I do and I think this comes across in my dealings with clients.
