Leadership Team Dynamics

For individual teams to be successful they must take their role model from their leadership.  Leadership Team Development focuses on the behaviours and relationships in the Leadership team that create the culture of the organisation. Awareness of the perceptions of the leadership team together with feedback from team members is used to understand the current reality the leadership team face and create a process by which the team can decide which areas need to be addressed and how to move forward.

  • Team Climate Study feedback with team members and cross section of the organisation
  • Leadership Team events with process to analyse, review and act upon feedback
  • Use of MBTI and/or FIRO-B and other psychometrics to explore and understand the leadership team impact upon the organisation
  • Require previous experience of MBTI/FIRO-B by delegates
  • Post event follow up to monitor progress
