Wow! We can’t believe it’s been a year already, but it has.
For the last year we’ve shared thoughts on leadership that can help you prepare for the future as a leader, whether you are already in a leadership role or if you aspire to be. Or even if you act as an informal leader, an influencer and a catalyst for collaboration, progress and change at work.
Our very first blog “You’re a Leader!” pointed out that everyone is a leader as leadership is the art of influence. And you are influential, every day. It’s how you take control of that influence that can make all the difference.
Thank you so much for reading our blog! We love writing it and trust we are covering subjects that are important for you for the future.
Are there any subjects you are missing that would help you get ready for the future as a leader? Please let us know, we’ll be happy to explore them with you.
To celebrate this first year of the Future Leaders blog we are giving away five copies of our first book, “The Team Formula” – a leadership novel, full of office drama, challenges and hope. Do you want a copy? Then please enter your email address in the comment field
The first five people will get a book sent to them.
Thanks again for reading, it’s a pleasure to be here and to be part of the great network that is WeAreTheCity!
